Technophobia and technomania: axiological concepts of engineering and technologies

The article is devoted to actual problems of Philosophy of technology related to the relationship development between a man and technologies. It considers the analysis of the axiological bases of various concepts of engineering and technologies, identifying their role and significance in human life and society. Technophobia and technomania are considered as special axiological positions in understanding the essence of technologies.
