Бесплатный доступ

Development of the modern world is very closely interconnected with the increasing rate of technical changes, impact of scientific and technical progress on all spheres of human activity. High risk of modern processes is caused not only by technicalization of social practice, but also by definition of modern civilization speeding up to the certain point (singularity), outside of which the forecast of basic progress criteria seems to be impossible. The economic upturn is sharply replaced by social and spiritual alienation, according to E. Eriksson by loss of modern mankind identity that is inseparably linked with crises of social development. The human in every possible way tries to designate his place in the world, to make it stable. It is possible only when personal and social values coincide. Technologization of society gives rise to cataclysms of global and regional character. To find ways of their overcome we need to update the mechanisms of both technological and national (state) security.
