Machining of composite nonmetallic materials has several features that distinguish it from similar treatment of metals, increased requirements for durability and quality of the training tool. Currently used tools and modes of processing can't provide the required quality of the products. To solve these problems, we have developed a set of measures aimed at improving the efficiency of cutting tools for the processing of composite materials. The technique of modeling precast milling tools for machining of composite materials, which allowed mathematically describe the structural and geometrical characteristics, to determine the nature of the structural relationships in the system tool. The technique of multi-criteria comparative analysis of design solutions tool for selecting rational design at varying conditions of comparability. The program complex formation of databases collecting milling tools for machining of composite and non-metallic materials of choice in the rational design of a software application.
