Technological sovereignty and training of the future technical intelligentsia

One of conditions for the formation and strengthening of technological sovereignty of our country is the high-quality training of engineers and IT-specialists as representatives of the technical intelligentsia. The article, based on a signal survey of technical university students studying in the specialty «Applied Mathematics», analyzes the problems of artificial intelligence, which is part of the need to ensure technological sovereignty. The study presents discussions on such semantic blocks as engineering and scientific activities, impact on the economy, legal support for the development of artificial intellectual systems and social and humanitarian responsibility.
