Technological sovereignty in the system of ensuring Russia’s economic security

In the face of significant foreign policy and economic challenges, the Russian economy is forced to adapt and adjust to new strategies to ensure economic security. The purpose of the study is to consider the problems of formation of technological sovereignty in the system of strengthening the economic security of the state. The article analyses the key factors of achieving technological sovereignty of the country, including human capital, technological base and institutional problems. In the context of increasing dependence on foreign technologies, the Russian government has initiated large-scale programmes aimed at reviving the national industry and strengthening technological independence. The study emphasises the importance of supporting innovation and improving the competitiveness of the domestic economy.
