Technological structure as integrant index of modernization and advanced development of the Russian economy

The article deals with the chronology, characterization and change of technological structures in the course of the modern economic development. Particular attention is paid to Russia entering into the sixth technological way as a means of survival, security, nanoindustrialization and international status of the country.
