Technological and technical supply of seed production in elite seeds

The cardinal improvement of the seed base as a priority sector became possible with the advent of modern grain cleaning machines and the introduction of non-traditional technologies of post-harvest seed treatment in elite-seedfarms. Efficiency offunctioning of complex seed-cleaning and drying complexes in the technological plan should be evaluated by the quality of the resulting final product, that is, the yield of highly productive seeds. The developed technology allows in a fairly wide range to use the potential of the semcomplex in difficult harvesting conditions. Uneven maturation of crops, their varietal diversity significantly increases the requirements for the operation of the complexes. Calculations show that the costs incurred to implement the project to modernize the proposed seed-cleaning plant are paid for in two harvesting seasons.
