From time to time, modern organizations face a variety of problems associated with conflicts. To solve the problems, a model of conflict technologization in the organization is developed. The technologies of overcoming and managing conflicts and innovative potential of different States of conflicts are presented. The process of game problem-situation modeling of conflicts in the organization is considered.
