Technology of digitalization of quality management systems of business processes of the enterprise

The article presents a theoretical justification of the need for digitalization of quality management systems of business processes of the enterprise, a characteristic of modern technologies of digitalization of quality management systems that allow to build all business processes more efficiently in accordance with the specifics of a particular enterprise. At the same time, the new realities of economic globalization and digitalization of all management and production systems require the selection of the most appropriate and effective digital technologies, the use of which will contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of both individual structural units and the entire enterprise. As the most effective approach to improving the quality management system of the enterprise’s business processes, an integrated approach to digitalization is highlighted. This approach involves the integration of digitalization technologies, through which regular, systematic interaction of all structural divisions of the enterprise responsible for the implementation of each stage of business processes, transparency of all business processes of the enterprise quality management system, their synchronization will be ensured, the possibility of collecting up-to-date data on a particular product, highlighting its key characteristics will be ensured, the availability of parallel project management, the ability to visualize all stages of the product life cycle, timely detection of errors and defects and rapid response by making changes, adjusting business processes aimed at their improvement. The integration of digitalization technologies will strengthen the connection between the structural divisions of the enterprise responsible for the implementation of business processes, which, in turn, will increase the level of organization of the quality management system of business processes of the enterprise.
