Currently, the costs of producing a new product or offering a new service for companies have become much higher, all this is due to the fact that there are a large number of similar services and goods of domestic and foreign manufacturers on the modern market. In this case, the company needs to form a positive image of a real and potential consumer, which will distinguish this company from competitors. In the conditions of strong competition, manufacturers have to look for new ways to build trust among customers. As practice shows, PR technologies are one of the most effective means in forming a positive and easily recognizable image of an enterprise.
