Technologies for the formation of students' emotional well-being in conditions of prolonged stress

The article reveals the essence of the concept of «emotional intelligence». In the context of the considered problem of forming the emotional well-being of students under prolonged stress, a set of technologies has been identified, the purpose of which is to develop the emotional intelligence of future specialists in teaching professions, which is a means of optimizing their professional development at the stage of professional training. The author included five groups of technologies in the technology package, namely: technologies for increasing the level of self-regulation, stress management technologies, behavioral technologies, art therapy technologies, and training technologies. The author presents the essential characteristics of these technologies.
