Gamifi cation technologies in human resource management of an organization

The article discusses modern methods of motivation. Tools such as surveys, chatbots and others, platforms for their use, as well as their advantages are considered. In the framework of the article, in particular, such a method as gamifi cation technologies is considered. As part of the literature analysis, a number of scientifi c articles on this topic were considered, which examined the experience of companies in using employee motivation tools, as well as the level of research on this scientifi c topic. This method is considered as a tool for managing human resources in an organization. Gamifi cation is the integration of game elements into work processes in order to increase employee motivation, engagement, and effi ciency. The key mechanisms of gamifi cation are analyzed, including rating systems, reward system and competitive elements. Special attention is paid to the impact of gamifi cation on corporate culture, as well as on the formation of a sustainable system of intangible motivation. The article discusses examples of successful use of gaming technologies in Russian and foreign companies, as well as prospects for their further development. It is concluded that gamifi cation can become a powerful tool for increasing labor productivity provided that a comprehensive analysis of employee needs and strategic goals of the company is applied.
