The future of artificial intelligence in public administration: finding the paradigm of the reasonable (self)limitation

The relevance of the study is determined by the rapid development of AI technologies, their active integration into almost all spheres of human activity. The implementation of AI technologies into the instrumental base of the state governance system significantly influences the transformation of the semantic load of managerial functions in the field of public administration. On the other hand, the consequences of using such technologies are becoming less and less obvious and will become even less obvious in the medium- and long-term perspective. This puts the scientific community in front of the need to identify and investigate the factors limiting the application of AI technologies in the processes of state governance and develop a corresponding paradigm of rational (self) limitation considering these factors.
