Technologies of artificial intelligence in education as a factor of improving the quality of human capital

The paper notes that the quality of human capital is the most important factor of economic growth. In the context of the increasing flow of information and the high requirements of modern industries to the labor force, education is becoming an important element of the economic system. The analysis of the state of the educational system of modern Russia, on the basis of which identified the main tasks, the solution of which depends on the effectiveness of resources allocated to education. The most important role in improving the education system should be played by artificial intelligence technologies, through which it is possible to build individual educational trajectories taking into account cognitive and personal characteristics.
