Artificial intelligence technologies in legal proceedings: a comparative legal aspect

The article analyzes the practical experience of implementing and using intelligent systems in the field of legal proceedings in China and Russia. It is concluded that the use of individual artificial intelligence methods in judicial digital systems demonstrates their effectiveness, since it allows reducing the role of humans in the work process, increasing the efficiency, operability and sustainability of the judicial system without changing the fundamental features of justice.
