Consulting technologies for small innovative businesses in the cognitive economy

The article deals with issues related to the use of consulting to promote projects of small innovative enterprises in a cognitive economy on the example of the activities of the Technopark of St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University. Various approaches to the use of consulting technologies are presented, both known types and types of consulting services are given, as well as fundamentally new for specific business segments. Various types of consulting and the proposed ideas of consulting by other authors of articles and books on this topic are analyzed. The risks of the proposed project were calculated using the Business-Prognoz integrated information system. The article analyzes various types of consulting, describes the most important types for the development and improvement of the efficiency of small innovative enterprises of the Technopark. The research methods and literature analysis are described. Various solutions are provided to improve efficiency. Conclusions are presented on the need to use consulting technologies to improve the efficiency of innovative projects of university Small Innovative Enterprises in a cognitive economy.
