Mechanical cleaning technologies of oil and milk pipelines

Currently, the country has a huge network of pipeline transport most convenient for production, processing and distribution of crude oil and petroleum products. In dairy farming, there are the most common linear milking machines, which milk lines length reaches more than 200 m. In both cases, there are various types of deposits on the inner walls of the pipes. The paper analyzes the issues of oil purification technology, and the creation of energy-efficient dual-milk lines washing systems based on mobile-electric device with active working bodies. It is revealed that the mechanical cleaning technology of pipelines and milk lines is qualitatively similar. Feature of milk lines cleaning consists in that when cleaning no damages should be formed on their internal surface.
