Technologies of alloy steel building-up welding on the basis from carbon steel

In paper the possibility of using the method of laser building-up welding for improvement the surface properties of metals is considered. Regularities of shaping the built-up layer of steel alloy H13 on constructional carbon steel 20 at various technological conditions of building-up welding are studied. On the basis of the spent experiments tables with values of porosity and built-up layer heights are made. Degree of influence of each of three technological parametres of building-up welding on measured magnitudes is evaluated, conclusions on the optimal condition of building-up welding for the given combination of materials are made.
