In modern social and psychological activity of society there are practically no technologies giving tools to the one who is the carrier of social and state values (teachers, tutors). Those who are entrusted by the state and society with the function of forming value orientations should help students to overcome stereotypical assessments of terrorist threats, asocial values of different youth subcultures. This work reveals the technologies of directed influence on the meanings and values of students. The process of forming an antiterrorist ideology proceeds from the definition of the main factors in the formation of the antiterrorist consciousness, the innovative approach in the teaching and educational process, the propaganda direction of prevention, the correction of cognitive, affective, behavioral components of the individual, the formation of communicative interethnic and interethnic competence in the practice of the learning process. Educational institutions at all levels, able to withstand the negative influences that currently, more and more aggressive effect on young people, the educational society should develop and apply technologies of the directed and mediated influence focused on convincing effect value-semantic orientations of students. Correction in the value-semantic sphere of the student's personality will help to increase the incentive force to counteract the spread of the ideology of terrorism, extremism, and the formation of an antiterrorist consciousness.
