Technologies of personnel training in civil service organizations

This article is devoted to an urgent problem - the maintenance of transformational processes in the civil service of the management of the state material reserve. The authors propose to use the following technologies for the formation of personnel in the sphere of the state material reserve: 1) technologies for building a system for attracting and selecting personnel; 2) technologies of professionalization of civil servants; 3) technologies for evaluating the effectiveness of employee training; 4) technologies for updating the educational environment in the subsystems of training and development of civil servants; 5) modern personnel technologies, modern educational technologies; 6) technologies of rotation of civil servants. The presented technologies for the formation of the personnel of the state material reserve can be considered as a modern management technology in the construction of work with personnel in a holistic interconnected system with the possibility of updating the personnel policy and methodology of work with personnel. Increasing the motivation, qualification and professionalization of civil servants will be facilitated by the intensive development and achievement of targeted changes carried out in the public administration system when building a flexible system for selecting, developing and evaluating the effectiveness of civil servants in the digital transformation of the industry, taking measures for professional training based on the experience and job tasks of each civil servant.
