The technologies of the Russian Federation policy on religious extremism counteracting in the North Caucasus

The article deals with the technologies of the Russian Federation policy on religious extremism counteracting in the North Caucasus. The current trends of the federal and regional policy are described. The author suggests some measures focused on efficiency improvement of the political technologies of extremism control: establishment and support of think tanks, monitoring of extremism risks in the context of social science and conflict resolution studies, development of Internet resources, television and radio channels reaching out to the risk groups.
