Technologies for working with target population groups on family placement of orphans and children left without parental care: expert opinion on the example of Primorsky krai)

The paper emphasizes the importance of working with target groups of the population on family arrangement of orphans and children left without parental care. The authors set themselves the task of determining the opinion of experts regarding social technologies used while working with citizens who have expressed a desire to take a child into a family, orphans and children left without parental care, as well as foster families. The research took place in the form of interviews. The experts were the heads and specialists of the centers for family arrangements, the service of psychological, pedagogical and social support for foster families, the department for the protection of children's rights of the Ministry of Education of the Primorsky Territory. An analysis of the situation with the family arrangement of orphans is given, the ambiguous opinion of experts on the priority of family education of orphans, technology for identifying risks in the process of preparing foster parents, forms of communication and informational accents of the main target groups, technologies for preparing a child for transfer to a foster family, innovative technologies that contribute to a family arrangement are indicated.
