This article presents results of the experimental work focused on the development of teachers’ ethnocultural competence on the stage of their postgraduate training. It is stated that the training types a teacher chooses ensure the one’s flexibility in time and space, facilitate combination of occupational and learning activities, encourage educational and creative activity.
