Techniques of development of teachers’ ethno-cultural competence on the stage of postgraduate training

This article presents results of the experimental work focused on the development of teachers’ ethnocultural competence on the stage of their postgraduate training. It is stated that the training types a teacher chooses ensure the one’s flexibility in time and space, facilitate combination of occupational and learning activities, encourage educational and creative activity.
