Matching technologies of government and public interests from the perspective of achieving a value image of the future of youth

Accounting the values of citizens in political management is the basis of effective public administration. No development program that does not contain the values and interests of citizens will be implemented effectively, since it will have nothing to do with the value priorities of the population. Accounting the values of the younger generation is one of the main conditions for the development of the state, while ignoring them inevitably leads to a loss of communication between generations and a very dangerous migration of the population regarding economic and demographic effects. Thus, the identification of the values and interests of youth is a strategic task for the state for its sustainable development. The article examines the existing value orientations of youth in the regions of Russia, as well as technologies for effective dialogue between youth and government. As a part of the study of this issue, the author analyzes the conducted sociological survey of the population on the formation of the image of the country's future and the mechanisms of socio-economic development of regions and municipalities. The paper shows determinants of the youth's lifestyle, on which the image of the future of their regions, as well as the state as a whole is based.
