Today, the relevance of the personnel motivation system is very great, since it occupies a key place in the development of personnel management and is its important element. Developing an effective staff motivation system is an important component of the personnel policy of any company. Every employee is interested in having their work adequately rewarded. The results of the activities of the staff, as well as the company as a whole, depend on how correctly the motivation methods are chosen. HR specialists also emphasize the need to increase motivation to work, emphasizing the point that only a person interested in work can work effectively and benefit his company. All these circumstances intensify the search for effective measures to improve the personnel motivation system in modern companies.
