Technologies of External Information Pressure on the Process of Sovereignization of the Russian General Education System

Since 2022, Russia has been implementing a set of measures aimed at strengthening the sovereignty of the national general education system. However, the process of the sovereignization of the educational system has become the target of external destructive informational and psychological influence. In the article, the authors highlight the applied technologies of external information pressure on the sovereignization of the general education system in Russia. The authors notes that external network actors used a range of manipulative technologies, which were selected depending on the target group of information exposure. The paper separately considers visual technologies of a manipulative nature, such as memes aimed at discrediting the instruments of forming a sovereign education system.
