The technology of forming ethnocultural literacy of volunteers of cultural and sporting orientation which the author regards as a detailed and specially arganized pedagogical process including the special jet and grouping of forms, methods, ways, modes and means of training, the description of the planned results and directing to the achievement of a high (an active life attitude) standard of knowledge of the cultural peculiarities and specific character of both one's own and other nations, the skills and habits of the international reciprocal action and the emotional and psychological readiness of a volunteer for the voluntary work under the conditions of the conditions of the multiculturalism has been described in the article.
