Technology for the formation of students' career competencies in the system of art education

The article deals with topical issues of building career competencies of students in the system of art education. The dynamics of the development of socio-cultural processes determines the need to form individual and personal qualities and abilities of a future specialist in the field of culture, their social mobility, creativity, readiness for innovation, operational restructuring of their professional activities and career growth, and constant work on self-improvement. These circumstances require a higher education institution to respond flexibly to the ongoing socio-cultural processes in the organization of the educational process, the need to take further measures to ensure the quality of training of specialists in the field of culture, meeting the needs of the labor market. Today, it has become urgent to focus on building career competences of students throughout the educational process. The article presents an original project "Technology of Career Tutoring of Students in the System of Art Education". This technology can be used in various areas of art education, taking into account the specifics of the formation of professional competencies of each educational program and the requirements of professional standards and tasks of professional activity in the social and cultural sphere in each area of artistic creation. The implementation of this project in the educational process in an organic combination with the formation of artistic professional competencies is of fundamental importance for future specialists in the field of culture due to their emotional activity in solving professional problems. Future specialists need to form personal stress-resistant qualities that allow them to successfully develop their professional career. The goals and objectives at each stage of its implementation are defined, as well as the tools for conducting psychological and pedagogical diagnostics of students.
