The technology of the impact assessment formation on the environment during the examination of draft subsurface use

The paper considers conditions and the sequence of measures of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) in evaluation of subsurface use investment projects. The author points out a complex assessment taking into account the monitoring of the mining enterprise operation. The compensatory measures must be determined separately and in a definite sequence for all the elements of environment. The stages of the assessment procedure are also spelled out. Organizing the EIA according to the offered methodology will result in data about the scope, character and extent of the EIA impact at all stages of an investment project.
