The article discusses the features of the technology and the biological results of growing daikon plants (Raphanussativus subsp. Acanthiformis) in the conditions of Karakalpakstan. Daikon fruits are very rich in vitamins B1, B2, PP, K and potassium, calcium minerals and are of great importance in restoring immunity and preventing diabetes.
