Technology and a complex of machines for preparation of false flax seeds

Post-harvesting seed treatment is the first and most crucial stage in the general system of measures to preserve their quality. The end result - seed output and seed quality - depends crucially on good organization of works at the elevator. The purpose of our research was to develop technology and a complex of machines for the preparation of seeds. As an object of the research we used seeds of false flax variety Crystal. When analyzing the research results, we used the State Standard 12037-81 and Standard 70.10.2-83. We presented a technology and a complex of machines for cleaning and sorting of false flax seeds. A list of machines used for cleaning and sorting is presented. The main qualitative indicators of the work of wind-screening sowing seed cleaning machines, pneumatic sorting table MOS-9N, and a photoseparator Zorky 3 are given. The working modes of the seed cleaning machines are given. The output of conditioned seeds was 67.40 % of the total being used seeds.
