In the Holocene sediments of the polychronous archaeological object in the Chikhen cave the ornaments were found - the beads made of ostrich eggshell and serpentine-antigorite pendant together with lithics and bone tools. Microscopic analysis of their surfaces showed the ample preservation and their availability in term of the use wear analysis. Tool kit for the treatment of beads and stone pendant included fiddle perforator, reamer for bore flaring, scraper-knife, fine abrasive with hard surface and polishing elastic agent. The jewellery, accuracy are the specific feature of the bead production, their size is the smallest possible for ostrich egg shell treatment. Beads and other ornaments can be produced as part of ornamental activity since Initial Upper Paleolithic. The similar processing technique of beads made of ostrich eggshell was fixed at the Podzvonkaya the Upper Paleolithic site (Transbaikal). At this moment, there is not satisfactory explanation why the technology of eggshell bead/pendant production was the similar. Foremost, the great chronological gap divides these technologies. Podzvonkaya site relates to Early stage of Upper Paleolithic. The beads from Chikhen cave correlates with Epipaleolithic (?) ( 14C-AMS date 10 060 ± 50 (АА-79775) obtained on fragment of ostrich eggshell and bead confirms it). Secondly, the scanty data were analyzed in the ground of the unified position. We have only two reference points: the origin and termination of the ostrich eggshell treatment.
