The objects of the research are the fluidic control system, that main characteristics are the speed and dimensions. One of the ways to create successful fluidic devices is the application of modern progressive technologies of manufacturing. In this work on the basis of exploratory research of promising technologies selected two technologies for the manufacture of fluidic elements - electrical discharge machining wire electrode and additive technology. It was performed experimental researches of the modes of cutting the channels fluidic elements on the accuracy and surface quality. It was developed the technology of manufacturing of fluidic elements on wire-cut machine. Also it was tested the technology of additive manufacturing parts of the fluidic elements and devices.
