Technology of dry diuretic phytocomposition extract and its pharmacological activity study

The paper presents the optimum technology of dried diuretic herb extract. The merchandising analysis of phytocomposition and herborization is carried out. The optimum conditions for an extract of diuretic herborization are found out: technological parameters, the extracting medium type, the optimal degree of grinding of each component, the ratio of raw material and extraction agent, the frequency and time of extraction. The technological scheme of production of dried diuretic herb extract and its standardization are worked out. It is shown that the dry extract has a strong diuretic, anti-inflammatory effects, as well as moderate antioxidant activity and is promising for the introduction into medical practice.
