This article proposes a technology for the production of composite cold asphalt concrete on an ash-bitumen suspension, where fly ash is used as a solid emulsifier. The processes of structure formation of asphalt concrete are theoretically analyzed.The main road-technical properties of the obtained material, which are useful for its exploitation, are investigated in laboratory. Composite cold asphalt concrete on suspension with fly ash is advisable to use on roads of 4.5 technical categories, for coating of single-layer road clothes or finish-layer surface coatings.The mixtures can be used for construction, maintenance and repair of road surfaces. The relevance of this study is that with the help of the obtained cold mixtures, man-made waste is disposed of, which is very important at this time.
