NFT technology as a copyright protection tool

This article examines the issue of copyright protection using modern NFT technologies. The concept of NFT is revealed, the technical and legal nature of the instrument under study is explained. The issues of legal regulation of the use of NFT, the transfer of rights to the results of intellectual activity protected by NFT are considered. The scope of possible application of the tool is described, the problem of the need to detail the legal regulation of the NFT toolkit is highlighted. The author comes to the conclusion that NFT is one of the effective ways to protect the rights to the results of intellectual activity.
