The technique of assessment and measuring of legal consciousness

The technique is considered as a sequential process of assessment and measuring activities. The article describes in general the legal consciousness and the essence of the technique, names its main objectives. The legal consciousness may be assessed as a single whole or by the constituent parts: legal knowledge and attitude to various legal phenomena. The author analyzes the assessment and measurement of the legal consciousness types.
