Бесплатный доступ

The problem of determining the social and professional competencies demanded by the employer is connected with the need not only to form them, but also to evaluate them within the framework of the processes: a) professionally oriented education and b) professional industrial socialization. Discussion and clarification of the meaning of the phenomenon of “professionally oriented education” is justified by the need not only to study the ways of forming socio-professional competencies, but also to provide instrumental support for assessing their severity with the participation of: a) representatives of employers, b) teachers, c) students, d) parents. The article suggests possible options for creating sociograms with the participation of representatives of the employer, teachers and students of a professional educational organization. The description of the technology for a comparative analysis of the social order for the social and professional competencies of a future employee (student of se-condary vocational education) from the perspective of a potential employer and from the perspective of the future specialists themselves is based on a study conducted on the basis of the Pervomaisky College of Construction Materials Industry.
