The article examines pedagogical framework of cultural and educational environment organization in the secondary vocational education institutions. The author describes its nature, structures, performance criteria, and design approaches. The role and place of the cultural and educational environment in vocational education and self-determination of students are defined. Technological support of the cultural and educational environment management is represented by the model and the monitoring of the educational activities results.
