The article examines the nature and stages of technology of pedagogical designing of health and fitness classes with students of special medical groups (SMG). The author's definition of the notion of «instructional design» is given. Methods, samples and tests that are recommended for the assessment of the level of physical condition of SMG students are described. Recommendations on the selection and use of health and fitness technology at a special medical department are given.
