Technology of pedagogical guidance provided to university master students involved in scientific-methodical projects

The article is concerned with the problem of independent study organization for Master students working at the scientific-methodical project dealing with problems of higher education. The significance of scientific-methodical projects in the process of postgraduate students’ training is substantiated. Scientific-methodical projects are viewed as a complex phenomenon incorporating elements of scientific research and practical pedagogical design. A new concept “technology of pedagogical guidance” is introduced. The main attention is given to particular characteristics inherent to the technology of pedagogical guidance employed in the process of postgraduate students’ training, which is aimed at development of necessary research skills. These characteristics include the following: theoretical justification of the problem, objectives, steps, instruments, and criteria of assessments. The leading method of the research is based on experimental results and data obtained through observation and analysis of student’s works.
