This article discusses the issue of obtaining a PN-1 polyester resin, draws attention to its main characteristics, components, production conditions, and raw materials. The problems of the technological process of obtaining a polyester resin brand "PN-1" and how to optimize it. Polyester resin technologies are simple, safe and cheap because polyester resins harden at room temperature without pressure, without releasing volatile and other by-products with a slight shrinkage. For the manufacture of products does not require complex cumbersome expensive equipment or large amounts of energy, which allows you to quickly master and manufacture small-sized products, and large-scale production. To the above advantages of polyester resins it is necessary to add their low cost, which is two times lower than the cost of epoxy resins. Currently, the production of unsaturated polyester resins in our country and abroad continues to grow, and this trend will continue in the future.
