Technology of problem training at cookery lessons

In article possibilities of use of technology of problem training at technology lessons at school are analysed, in particular, when studying the section "Cookery". It is noted that problem training increases interest in a subject and motivates pupils. The author presented examples of statement of problematic issues when studying various subjects of cookery at technology lessons.
