Visualization and analysis of three-dimensional phase diagrams present significant challenges due to their spatial structure, which often leads to interpretation errors, as occurred in historical diagrams even for the simplest systems. The article proposes an innovative approach to solving this problem using additive technologies. A method for creating physical, disassemblable 3D models of phase diagrams has been developed and implemented. Using the Ag-Cu-Ni system as an example, a comprehensive workflow was completed, from building a digital model based on published experimental and thermodynamic data in software environments (PD Constructor, Blender) to 3D printing the prototype. The resulting disassemblable models provide clear visualization of complex phase interactions, help identify errors in diagram interpretation, and can serve as an effective tool in scientific research and in the educational process in the field of materials science. The key stages of the method, the advantages of the approach, and the associated technical challenges are described.
