The article discusses specific features of the additional vocational education technology of teachers’ training in organization of school and family interaction taking into account the social transformations and the modern state requirements enshrined in the Federal law “On education in the Russian Federation” and the Federal state educational standards for general education. The author reveals the main features of the educational technology and andragogy principles of adults’ teaching. The paper presents the typical characteristics of realization of the programs of teachers’ advanced training in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area - Yugra on the basis of the regional networking community of Yugra educators “Shkollegi”.
