The article deals with the technology of the hidden curriculum. The hidden curriculum allows, at the level of content and methodology, to solve additional tasks of education, in particular, strengthening educational activities to form professionally significant qualities of future economists in the context of rapidly changing requirements for the professional activity of specialists in the labor market. The hidden curriculum is a kind of overlay on educational activities, formalized through the educational program and curriculum. The hidden curriculum makes it possible to use the resource of educational and educational activities in the format of higher education.
