Team building technology in the management of teaching staff of a preschool educational organization

The article presents a theoretical analysis of research examining the phenomenon of team building as a method of managing teaching staff in an educational organization. In preschool educational organizations, pedagogical teams are created to solve strategic and tactical problems of development of a preschool educational organization.
