Technology of tutor guidance as individualization in teaching

The article describes the conceptual basis for the technology of tutor guidance of student extracurricular independent work. The author developed the instructional tool and implemented it in the School of Pedagogy, Far Eastern Federal University. Tutor's guidance is evaluated in terms of innovative personalized learning being in increasingly high demand for the purposes of open distance education which makes it possible to objectify the principle of individualization in higher school.
