Project management technology based on the Agile methodology

The article discusses five key principles and the main characteristics of Agile methods. The main stages are highlighted with a description of standard tasks and recommendations for the first use of the technology. Flexible management differs from the classical approach, so the paper presents an analytical comparison of their values, approaches to hypothesis analysis, planning principles, project management, responses to changes, metrics, methods, and scope. Many successful projects were successful only because the teams working on them were sufficiently flexible, able to respond to external changes and apply flexible technologies.
