Technology of introducing a corporate decision support system

The article discusses the selection criteria and organization of the implementation of an important component of corporate software - Decision Support Systems (DSS). The stages of the algorithm are considered from the perspective of the organization involved in the implementation and reflect the team approach to the implementation of the project. The achievable and inaccessible, but often expected results of the implementation of DSS are shown, ways to overcome the contradictions arising in the implementation process are considered.
